Reservations
You can book directly through our official website for the best rates and exclusive deals. If you choose a Flexible Booking, you will receive a payment request that must be paid at least 2 days before arrival.
For Non-Refundable Rates, a payment link will appear after booking, and payment must be completed immediately.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards. Online bookings can be paid through secure payment gateways. Cash payments are not accepted and all payments must be made prior to arrival.
Business
Lowietje Lisse is designed for efficiency and convenience, offering high-speed Wi-Fi, keyless access, flexible check-in options, and hassle-free invoicing to make your business stay as smooth as possible.
Arrival
Lowietje Lisse operates with a digital reception. Our team is available daily during reception hours via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Outside these hours, the emergency number is displayed on the information board outside the entrance and inside at the Guest Service Point.
Stay
Hotel Lowietje operates with a digital reception. Our team is available daily during our reception hours (09:30-17:00) via phone at +31 (0)252 725911, email info@lowietjelisse.nl, and WhatsApp via our Virtual Hotel Assistant. After closing time you can reach us via the emergency number. This is displayed on the information board outside at the entrance and inside at the Guest Service Point.
Departure
Checking out is very simple! Hang the door hanger on the outside of your room door when you leave. This informs our housekeeping staff that you have checked out and the room can be prepared for the next guests.
Please return the power keycard to the box on the counter.
Digital Hotel
You will receive your digital key via email, starting from 15:00. You can use the key by clicking on the link and swiping the key from left to right in the email. This will grant you access to the hotel and is valid for the entire duration of your stay. If you have not yet completed the pre-registration, we kindly ask that you do so. If you would like to receive the digital key at a different email address, please let us know today.
Alternatively, you can get your key at our Guest Service Point inside the hotel by entering your booking details on the tablet, located on the right side of the entrance. The tablet will guide you through the process of obtaining your digital key. You can also scan the QR code on the instruction board outside to retrieve the digital key using your booking details.
