At Hotel Lowietje, you have the freedom to check in at your own pace. From 3:00 PM, you will receive your digital key via email, giving you direct access to the hotel and your room. No reception desk, no waiting lines, no paperwork – everything is prepared to make your arrival smooth, flexible, and stress-free.
Our digital hotel concept gives you the comfort of self-service, while our team remains available should you need assistance. Contact by phone and email between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM, and 24/7 via the chatbox, we combine flexibility with the reassurance of personal service.
Use the Guest Service Point inside the hotel, located on the right-hand side of the entrance. Enter your booking details on the tablet to receive your key.
Scan the QR code outside on the instruction board to retrieve your key via your phone.
We will call you before arrival, ensuring everything is clear and that you feel welcome.

You will receive your digital key via email, starting from 15:00. You can use the key by clicking on the link and swiping the key from left to right in the email. This will grant you access to the hotel and is valid for the entire duration of your stay. If you have not yet completed the pre-registration, we kindly ask that you do so. If you would like to receive the digital key at a different email address, please let us know today.
Alternatively, you can get your key at our Guest Service Point inside the hotel by entering your booking details on the tablet, located on the right side of the entrance. The tablet will guide you through the process of obtaining your digital key. You can also scan the QR code on the instruction board outside to retrieve the digital key using your booking details.
